1-1 Executive and Leadership Coaching

I work with directors, senior managers, aspiring leaders and consultants on a 1-1 basis. I will help you to recognise and build on your successes, and overcome any internal and external challenges you may be facing.

Typical scenarios include improving leadership capability and confidence, getting to grips with a new senior role, working with difficult employees, influencing and negotiating, finding more work-life balance or even seeking a new career.

Effective coaching is not just about what is happening externally (the outer game) but working with your inner game (areas of interference – for example fear, self-doubt, frustration, a busy mind) so you can be your most successful and authentic self in your work place.

As a coach, I create a safe, focussed listening space for you to think through your unique situation. My role is to ask insightful questions, give encouragement, and provide a balance of support and challenge, so that you can find your own solutions and create real change. I use a range of models and resources to assist in the coaching process.

I work directly with individuals or in three way contracts with individuals and their organisations.

How long are the sessions and how many will I need?

My coaching is usually offered in packages of a number of hours, depending on your situation. Many clients opt for the 6 hour option, but everyone is different.  You have the flexibility to use those hours in a way that suits you, for example in one hour or 90 minute sessions.
