About Me

I have spent 25 years working mainly in the cultural sector, with over a decade as a senior leader.

I have coached colleagues internally within organisations for many years, and have built up over 200 hours of coaching practice.

As a coach, I aim to develop trust and rapport with my coachees. I provide a calm and focused space in which you can explore and reflect, as well as offering the encouragement and challenge you need to make changes which will make a real difference.

I am qualified with the ILM7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring at the University of Manchester.

I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, I am fully insured and I work to the Association of Coaching Global Code of Ethics.

I am also a member of the Institute of Directors’ 99 community of entrepreneurs and am a trustee for the Manchester-based learning disability arts charity Venture Arts.
