About Me

After 25 years of working in museums and galleries, I created my second dream career by retraining to be a coach. As a senior leader, I had always loved using a coaching approach to develop my colleagues and to build happy, productive teams. At the age of 50 or so I decided that I needed a change of direction and decided to channel my desire to help people fulfil their potential into a new career. I retrained as a coach in 2018/19 and have never looked back!

I am passionate about helping people to fulfil their potential, both personally and professionally.

I offer two types of coaching:

  • 1-1 Executive and Leadership Coaching programmes for senior leaders. I primarily work with leaders and high level professionals in the cultural and public sectors
  • Change and transition coaching, through my Brilliant Transitions 1-1 or group coaching programmes. I offer support through professional transition (including transitioning into and out of senior roles, rebuilding after redundancy, changing career direction, changing the how of work (eg going into consultancy, finding more work life balance and so on)

As a coach, I provide a calm and focused space in which clients can explore and reflect. My coaching brings a combination of support and challenge to help you make changes which will make a real difference.

I am qualified with the ILM7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring at the University of Manchester.
